In class Tutor program

Aboriginal in-class tutors are working with some Aboriginal students to improve their literacy and numeracy skills.

Koori Dance Group
The school's Koori Dance group has operated since 2003. Koori dance workshops for boys and girls are held at school. The Dance Group has conducted many public performances at other schools and for local events in the Shoalhaven such as World Youth Day and Bundanon's 15th Birthday celebration.
They have given outstanding performances at our NAIDOC Week assemblies and flag-raising ceremonies and at other community events e.g World Cup Rugby Final 2003, Nowra Elders at the Aboriginal Cultural Centre.
In 2007 they performed for Falls Creek, North Nowra, Kangaroo Valley and Bomaderry Primary Schools.

During 2008 our Dance group has been teaching the Stage 3 Aboriginal students at Bomaderry PS. In 2008 the combined high school and primary school dance group performed at the NAIDOC assemblies at the high school,the primary school and also at Culburra PS.
